Our Impact

The Coach Core model ensures that apprentices, employers and the local community all benefit from the project and all for the long term!

Coach Core Foundation is a social mobility charity that aims to improve the life-chances of 16–24-year-olds across the UK who traditionally may experience barriers, discrimination, & lack of opportunities.

We’re on a journey to illustrate the impact of our programmes. With a complex network of partners and supporters, we are determined to showcase both the immediate and long-term effects we make on our apprentices whilst also highlighting the contributions they make in their local communities.

Our apprentices

The majority of our apprentices undertake the Level 2 Community Activator Coach apprenticeship, which serves as an entry-level qualification, at the same level as GCSEs. The most significant impact often arises from offering these initial opportunities to young individuals who have encountered numerous obstacles in accessing education and the job market. More recently, we have initiated progression pathways through the Level 3 Community Sport and Health Officer and Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualifications.
