New Partnership with Your Sport Solutions
As part of our commitment to support the progression of our apprentices, Coach Core Foundation is delighted to announce a new partnership with Your Sport Solutions.
Your Sport Solutions is an expert recruitment service for the sector, with a mission to match the best talent with the UK’s leading sports organisations. It’s a very fitting partnership that will utilise their expertise to enhance our work. The partnership will also involve sharing sector job vacancies with Coach Core graduate apprentices, as they consider their next steps, which supports the aims of our upcoming ’24 – ’27 Strategy.
This support will be available to all Coach Core graduates, either directly upon completion, or as they consider their career progression at a later stage. The partnership will also support our network of employers to help them find the next generation of talent, particularly for the Coach Core apprenticeship programme.
‘We are really excited about this partnership with YSS. It has and remains our ambition to further support our apprentices as they complete the Coach Core programme. This new partnership allows us to better identify the vacancies available in the sector, connecting graduates to opportunities they may not otherwise be aware of. We also hope to work with YSS to open up a host of additional support for graduates, including tips and advice for job interviews, constructive feedback and access to additional training to support their development.
As part of the partnership, YSS have also committed to re-investing into the Coach Core programme, supporting the next generation of apprentices as they start their journey. For every graduate that is successfully placed into employment, YSS will donate a proportion of their client fee to Coach Core Foundation, to help open up our programme to even more young people.'
