New apprenticeship programme in partnership with England Boxing
Coach Core are pleased to announce we are working with England Boxing to help them deliver 10 new Community Boxing Apprenticeship roles.
In a new partnership, Coach Core are working directly with the national governing body of boxing, England Boxing, to help them deliver 10 brand new Community Boxing Apprenticeship roles across the country. These roles have been created to build on the excitement and interest in the sport generated by the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
This national programme marks a change to our usual ‘consortium’ approach where we bring together a group of employers in a single location, and it opens up new possibilities for us to help young people facing challenge throughout the country.
The programme has been made possible thanks to support from Sport England’s Birmingham 2022 Sport Participation, Innovation and Digital Fund.
The apprentices will receive their educational development from our partners Lifetime Training, and will deliver community-based engagement events in partnership with England Boxing-affiliated clubs, opening up pathways for sustained participation in the sport.
