Employer of the Year – Coach Core Awards 2025
This award celebrates an organisation that embraces the Coach Core ethos, provides unparalleled support to their apprentices and adds value to the Coach Core programme.
Taking on an apprentice comes with a range of benefits including gaining new insights and perspectives, staff who live and breathe your mission and values and better connection with your participants through engaging young role models. These employers understand the advantages and are committed to the support and development work they’ll need to put in to reap these benefits. They also buy into the Coach Core ethos and help the whole cohort of apprentices develop, offering opportunities and building a network of local connections.
Tees Active

Numerous apprentices who started with foundational roles have progressed to significant positions within the company. Additionally, they offer their facilities for the programme’s education days, enabling all the apprentices on the programme to benefit from high-quality training environments.

Tumble has met each of these needs and challenges with person-centred, caring and supportive response. Each apprentice is provided with a personalized development plan that outlines their next steps post-apprenticeship as Tumble are keen to prepare them for long-term success. Additionally, Tumble have brought great energy to the wider programme, advocating for all the apprentices and sharing best practices in supporting them.
