Coach Core announced as finalist for the 2021 AAC Apprenticeship Awards
From 350 entries (across all awards), Coach Core has made the shortlist of the final two at the 2021 AAC Apprenticeship Awards
We are delighted to have made the final of the Apprenticeship Diversity category at the 2021 FE Week and AELP AAC Apprenticeship Awards!
These prestigious awards are a celebration of excellence in apprenticeship delivery in the UK and provide an opportunity to give the recognition employers and providers deserve. We are nominated in the Apprenticeship Diversity category; this award recognises apprentice employers and/or providers who’ve made an outstanding effort to increase the diversity of apprentices they work with. This award focusses on those organisations who can evidence a commitment to increasing their efforts to recruit a diverse workforce and demonstrate positive results. This award covers age, disability, gender, LGBT, race, religion & faith.
For this award, the judges are looking for:
- A coordinated activity or campaign to promote apprenticeships to a single or diverse group which is or was underrepresented
- Evidence of increased engagement from the activity or campaign’s target audience
- Demonstrating consistently high levels of retention and achievement rates for learners, where applicable.
We are honoured to have made it to this stage and cannot wait for July 8th when the results will be announced.
"These finalists are some of the very best of the apprenticeship sector and show just what can be achieved. The past year has placed an enormous strain on all our lives, both in our private lives and our places of work. The judges were astounded by the innovation, tenacity and thoughtfulness of apprenticeship providers and employers across the UK. These awards are just one of many ways we can show our appreciation and celebrate their exceptional work."
Tickets for the awards ceremony gala dinner on July 8th are now on sale – so you can come and support us if you like!
