Coach Core — funded by the London Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) and delivered by the Greater London Authority (GLA) — is offering a Marketing & Communications Level 3 apprenticeship as part of a programme supporting young Londoners who are underrepresented in the sport and physical activity sector. If you love social media, storytelling, or creating content (or want to learn how), this role gives you the chance to grow your skills while making a real difference.
About the Role
You’ll help bring Coach Core’s work to life — creating posts, videos, photos, blogs and campaign content that celebrates apprentices and the communities we work with. No experience needed; just creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Specifics:
- Contract: 16-month apprenticeship
- Qualification: Level 3 (Multi-Channel Marketer or Content Creator)
- Hours: 4 days per week
- Salary: London Living Wage (£22,910.40 for 30 hours/week)
- Location: London + hybrid working
You’ll get to:
- Create content for social media, newsletters and web
- Capture stories from apprentices and employers
- Support events and campaign activity
- Help design simple graphics and presentations

Eligibility
This apprenticeship is for young Londoners who face barriers to entering the sport sector.
You must identify with at least one from each section below.
