For an individual who has gone above and beyond to support, guide, and empower their apprentice. This could be a line manager, coach, or team member who’s made a real difference day to day. We’re looking for strong, consistent support that’s had a positive impact on the apprentice’s journey. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, this person must: - have been working at an organisation employing a Coach Core apprentice in 2026.
