Coach Core — funded by the London Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) and delivered by the Greater London Authority (GLA) — is offering a Programmes-focused Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship to help a young Londoner take their first step into programme delivery, youth development and the sport sector. If you enjoy helping people, staying organised and making things run smoothly, this role is a great starting point.
About the Role
You’ll support the day-to-day running of Coach Core’s apprenticeship programmes — helping our team, employers and apprentices stay connected and organised.
Specifics:
- Contract: 16-month apprenticeship
- Qualification: Business Administrator Level 3
- Hours: 4 days per week
- Salary: London Living Wage (£22,910.40 for 30 hours/week)
- Location: London + hybrid working
You’ll get to:
- Support programme coordination and admin
- Track apprentice progress and keep records updated
- Help organise events, meetings and launches
- Communicate with apprentices, employers and partners
- Assist with reporting and data collection
