£10 for 10
Celebrate Coach Core’s 10th Anniversary and help more young people reach their potential with a £10 donation
Watch the videoCoach Core was founded by The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales in 2012. In the wake of the London Riots, and inspired by the London 2012 Olympic Games, the team saw clearly that sport could give young people facing barriers the opportunity to succeed.
10 years on, our now-independent charity has supported 726 young people onto sports coaching apprenticeships, helping them overcome disadvantage to re-engage with education, start meaningful careers and increase activity levels in their local communities.
We are so grateful to you for making our work possible.
Right now, Coach Core’s work is more important than ever:
- 46% of young people who are not in education, employment or training said being unemployed made them feel hopeless
- 25% think their life will amount to nothing no matter how hard they try.
We need to support these young people to help them kick-start their careers and work towards a brighter future.
By donating today, you can ensure our vital work continues. We can support more young people and help them make their communities happier and healthier places – but we can’t do this without you.
