Berkshire

Coach Core Berkshire is our thirteenth Coach Core programme and benefits from a huge variety of placements for apprentices including football, tennis, leisure, and rugby to name a few.

The programme is currently underway, with apprentices being offered full time employment with a recognised sporting or youth based employer and a wage, whilst also working towards the Level 2 Community Activator Coach qualification – and a whole host of additional learning opportunities. In addition, whilst employed directly by one organisation, there is also access to a range of events, training opportunities and experiences through the other supportive partners.

The employers for the Berkshire Coach Core programme are: CH Rugby, SportsAble, Everyone Active Bracknell, Places Leisure Wokingham, London Irish and Maidenhead FC. The programme is administered by Get Berkshire Active.
